Welcome to Video Max. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Video Max application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service.
Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lease, sell, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service may offer paid subscriptions, one-time in-app purchases, or other paid features (“Paid Services”). By making any purchase or subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

You retain ownership of any videos, images, text, or other content you upload or create (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Video Max a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
The Service, including its design, software, logos, and all content (excluding your User Content), is owned by Video Max or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video Max shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD 100.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
